We are looking for a Danish-speaking Solution Specialist to join an international tech team based in Málaga. This is a hybrid role where you will support clients with tailored solutions, helping them get the most out of digital products and services in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in finding the right product and service solutions
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations
• Work closely with sales and technical teams
• Ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience

Requirements

• Danish (C1–C2) + good English level
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Interest in tech / digital solutions
• Experience in customer support, sales, or consulting is a plus
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Málaga
