Review and evaluate online content according to platform policies
Identify and escalate content that violates guidelines
Ensure a high standard of quality and accuracy
Work with internal tools and systems to process content efficiently
Support a safe and positive user experience
Meet productivity and quality targets
What We're Looking For
Native or fluent Portuguese
Good English communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to make objective decisions based on guidelines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, or digital platforms is a plus
EU Citizenship required
