We are currently hiring Sales Development Representatives to join an international team in Barcelona, Spain. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and supporting business growth through outbound sales activities.

What You Will Do

• Engage with prospective customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities

Requirements

• Norwegian communication skills required (C1 level or above)
• Good English communication skills required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with good problem-solving abilities
• Previous sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not mandatory
