Our client is currently hiring a Czech-speaking Customer Support Specialist. This is a remote position within Portugal, with shared accommodation provided in Lisbon for candidates relocating from abroad.

What You Will Do

• Support Czech-speaking customers through the available support channels
• Respond to customer questions clearly and professionally
• Assist with account, service, and general product-related inquiries
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team
• Maintain a positive and customer-focused experience

Requirements

• Native or fluent Czech
• Good command of English
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing experience is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Willing to relocate to Portugal
• Eligible to work in Portugal or the European Union
