Our client is currently hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team on-site in Sofia.

What You Will Do

• Support Dutch-speaking customers through the available support channels
• Respond to customer questions clearly and professionally
• Assist with account, service, and general product-related inquiries
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team
• Maintain a positive and customer-focused experience

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Dutch
• Good command of English
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing experience is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
• Eligible to work in Bulgaria or the European Union
