Your Responsibilities

Assist with reservation-related inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Support users with booking, modification, and cancellation requests.
Handle pre- and post-reservation inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate with hotels to arrange special requests and booking requirements.
Serve as a liaison between guests and hotels to help resolve issues and concerns.
Build and maintain positive relationships with hotel partners through excellent service.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on all requests.

What We're Looking For

French (C1-C2) and English (B2-C1).
EU passport or a valid Portugal work permit.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, reservations, or contact center environments is an advantage.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts based on business needs.
