About the Position

Join a team in Sofia as a Trust & Safety Specialist, responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content in Arabic and English. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, compliant and positive online environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with safety and platform guidelines.
• Moderate content in Arabic and English.
• Identify and handle potentially inappropriate, harmful or non-compliant content.
• Help maintain a safe and compliant online environment.
• Apply established content moderation policies and procedures consistently.

Requirements

• Native-level or fluent proficiency in Arabic.
• Native-level or fluent proficiency in English.
• Eligibility to work in the EU.
• Willingness to work on-site in Sofia.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday.

Benefits / Additional Information

• €1,300 gross monthly salary.
• €1,500 gross welcome bonus, paid in two installments.
