What You'll Do
Provide customer support for marketing-related inquiries
Assist users with platform navigation and account-related issues
Deliver high-quality service through email, chat, and other communication channels
Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and follow established processes
What We're Looking For
Fluent Italian and good English communication skills
Previous experience in customer support, marketing support, digital platforms, or client services is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable working on-site in Lisbon
EU Citizenship required
